Luck is operated by the entity identified in our Privacy Policy, established in Portugal. You can reach us at the email address shown there.

These terms set out the rules for using the platform. If you do not agree with them, you should not use Luck.

Luck generates lottery number combinations from statistical analysis of the historical results of official draws, and automatically checks the games you generate against the next draw. The service is currently free of charge. We may change this at any time and introduce paid plans or features, with prior notice; any charge will always require your express acceptance beforehand.

Luck only generates and verifies numbers. It does not place, register or sell bets, it does not sell lottery tickets, and it has no affiliation with any lottery operator. Any actual bet is placed by you, elsewhere, entirely at your own decision and responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Luck. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to disrupt or breach its security, not to access it through automated scraping or abuse, and not to impersonate others. We may restrict or close accounts that break these rules.

The combinations produced by Luck are statistical suggestions based on historical data. Lottery draws are random: past results do not predict future ones. We do not guarantee any prize or result, and generated games may or may not win. Any figures shown are illustrative.

Gambling involves risk and can be addictive. Play in moderation, only with money you can afford to lose, and only if you are 18 or over. If it stops being fun, seek help — for example at gamblingtherapy.org.

The platform, its design, texts and software are protected and belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from lottery play or from decisions taken based on the numbers or figures shown on the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

You can contact us at any time by email. As a consumer, you also have access to the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações) and the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, where Luck is established. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the European Union.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
